Restaurant Betong
Restaurant Betong is an easy and unpretentious dining place in Oslobukta.
Betong' translates to 'concrete' in English, which explains the bare walls at this buzzy, simply decorated restaurant.
The heart of Betong, Chef Jonathan Hagen, has the principle of zero-waste cooking at his fingertips, resulting in his fresh, sustainable culinary excellence.
In the kitchen, they reduce food scraps, eliminating the use of Norwegian animal-based products that have a negative effect on the environment. Betong practices a circular mindset of turning potential waste into something beautiful. Betong cares for their guests and nature alike.
Betong offers a set-menu of eight or five dishes with table reservation or drop by the food bar or the wine bar if you want to enjoy their à la carte bar-menu.
