Eero

On the roof of Oslo’s former US embassy, the restaurant Eero is located, a combined restaurant and cocktail bar named after the famous architect Eero Saarinen, who designed the building.

The magnificent modernist buildinghas a 360-degree roof terrace with a wonderful view of Slottparken and the Oslo fjord.

Cocktails from the bar, a curated wine list from the Embassy's award-winning cellar and chef Charles Taylor preparing creative dishes in the wood-fired bakery oven.

You can choose to sit in an intimate 22-seater restaurant with a 7-course menu (from August to May) or order from the bar menu with an emphasis on seafood – including a bountiful shellfish platter in summer.
