Skabos Hage is the restaurant at the hotel Scandic Sjølyst. Here, both the hotel’s guests and everyone else can enjoy food inspired by the contrast between city and countryside. The restaurant’s interior was designed to reflect the history of the Sjølyst district, which was both a natural idyll and one of Oslo’s industrial centres. Skabos Hage has an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work.
The restaurant also has a chambre separée that you can rent for meetings or celebrations.
