Håndbakt OSLO
As Norway’s first plant-based micro bakery, Håndbakt wishes to make sustainable baked goods available to a larger group of people.
They use coarse grain flour, less sugar and sourdough in their products. They are also a fully ecological bakery.
At Håndbakt they serve brunch during the day and natural wine during the evening. In the back alley they host small-scale concerts and markets throughout the year.
Håndbakt OSLO is part of the eco-group Sohogruppen, which also consists of Soho Event and Bedriftslunsj.
