Gourmet restaurant that serves dishes made from mainly ecological and sustainable ingredients. They offer a tasting menu consisting of 20 – 25 dishes, inspired by the Nordic region.
The restaurant has been awarded one star in the Michelin food guide, as well as the Michelin Green Star – in recognition of sustainable cooking and culinary skill.
