Nordvegan's aim is to serve healthy food with a low environmental footprint, and is working towards becoming completely carbon neutral.
Everything at Nordvegan is made from plants alone, and the restaurant offers a wide range of gluten-free and sugar-free dishes. Menu options change every day and may include a plant-based lasagne, mushroom Wellington, salads, raw cakes and pastries.
The food can be enjoyed in the restaurant, or taken away for lunch or for a full evening meal.
