La Mayor is a contemporary Mexican fusion restaurant in the heart of Oslo. Head Chef Montserrat combines her culinary vision influenced by her hometown Mexico City with fresh, local Norwegian ingredients.

La Mayor sets out to elevate Norwegian produce whilst wrestling out of the conventional perceptions of Mexican food. The restaurant aims to build an experience that captures creativity, authenticity, and soul.
