Enjoy an exciting meal at SALT, whether you’re in the Bazaar Tent, Naustet, or relaxing outside in the sunshine or by the fire pit. SALT offers a diverse menu featuring pizza, Asian street bowls, reindeer soup, burgers, and many other tempting delicacies.



The Fire Pit

During winter, you can book your own fire pit, complete with sheepskins and warm blankets, big enough to seat your whole group of friends. Here, you can share food and stories under the open sky, with a beautiful view of the Oslo Fjord in the background.



Enjoy authentic Norwegian flavours prepared over open flames – reindeer sausages from Røros, lamb sausages from mountain pastures, vegetables roasted on the embers, and Norwegian cheeses melting above the fire. You can also try their Norwegian raclette, “The Big Dipper,” along with classics like goat cheese or toasted marshmallows on crackers with Norwegian lingonberry mousse.
