Café Elias
At Tullinløkka you find Elias, a friendly and informal place that offers homemade Norwegian food at reasonable prices.
The menu includes everything from moose stew to mussels and simple lunch dishes. The beer at Elias comes from Norwegian breweries, including Nøgne Ø, Haandbryggeriet and Ægir.
At Café Elias you can also enjoy the sound of new, up-and-coming Nordic artists - in perfect harmony with a few classic tunes.
The kitchen closes at 10 pm.
