For ten years, Gro-Marthe Dickson & D-lovely have captivated audiences with elegant jazz, strong melodies, and a unique musical expression. They are now celebrating the anniversary with a very special concert at Herr Nilsen.
With original Norwegian lyrics set to the immortal melodies of Cole Porter, D-lovely has created its own universe – a warm and personal tribute to one of popular music's greatest composers. The result is jazz that feels both timeless and refreshingly new.
Lead figure Gro-Marthe Dickson is known for her closeness to the audience, strong communication skills, and expressive voice. Together with a band consisting of some of Norway's top jazz musicians, she invites you to an evening filled with swing, romance, humor, and musical finesse.
