Eastside Ruckus! Kill City Bandits, Nogozone, and Rasfare
Østkanten Bluesklubb presents Østkantbråk! Three bands. One night. No filter!
We're kicking off the fall season with a bang and a dedicated punk-rock 'n' roll night featuring three bands from Oslo's underground scene. This won't be a night for the faint-hearted, but for those still filled with a bit of rebellion and a sense of adventure. Tickets available on TicketCo or at the door.
Rasfare – Scandic hurrah-deathism
Rasfare has been a part of Oslo's melting pot of noise, emotions, and distortion for nearly 10 years. With a sideways glance, deep dives, and heartfelt sighs – always with the distortion pedal firmly pressed – they deliver an expression that both tears and resonates. Throughout 2025, Rasfare has released four singles with a rougher sound than before. Songs about inner turmoil – meant to hit people where it hurts.
Rasfare: Tiril Skårdal – vocals (clean & growl) Sjur Holiloekk – guitar and effects Tor-Sigurd Hansen – drums Ole Martin Stokke – bass and backing growls Jonas Dilba – guitar
Nogozone – uncompromising punk right in your face
Nogozone is a punk band from Oslo that delivers short, explosive sets full of energy, humor, and chaos – just how punk should be. They have already set stages ablaze at MIR, Last Train, Fornepunk, and Musikkfest Oslo – and are ready to do it again.
On October 9, 2025, they released their first 7" yellow vinyl on their own label, Nogotunes. A tribute to Hank von Helvete with the tracks Weapons of Ass Destruction and Loner's Boner, recorded at Red Line Studio with producer Marius Melleby (Maktkamp). On November 10, they followed up with the single Fried Brain (with a side of idiot) – a soundtrack to hangover anxiety, self-deception, and the brutal truth that when the party is over, the idiot is left standing.
Nogozone: Jarl R. Anshus – bass Tomas Drefvelin – vocals and guitar Nikita Smirnov – guitar Ole Aabye – drums
Uncompromising. Unrulable. Unstoppable.
