Rental of toboggans/sleds, helmets, trousers, shoes and jackets at Frognerseteren.
The toboggan hire follows Skimore Oslo's opening hours as long as weather and weather conditions permit.
The toboggan rental is located in a red house at the top of Frognerseteren, and can be reached a hundred metres down from Frognerseteren metro station.
The toboggan run in Korketrekkeren stretches from Frognerseteren down to Midtstuen metro station. From there, you take the toboggan on westbound metro line 1 back up to Frognerseteren in 16 minutes.
The journey takes between 30 and 40 minutes in total, depending on how you "hit" the track at the bottom of the toboggan run.
The toboggan hire company can also organise group events in Korketrekkeren with, for example, an after-toboggan around the campfire site with a magnificent view of Oslo.
Sleds are booked in the Skimore app or by drop-in visit.
