Getting to the ferry terminals

Color Line: Ferries to and from Kiel, Germany

The Color Line terminal is located to the west of Aker Brygge wharf. On departure day, there is a direct bus service from Oslo Bus Terminal and the bus stop at Jernbanetorget station at 12.00. The bus stop at the ferry terminal (Hjortsnes) is also serviced by bus 81. Tram 13 stops at Skillebekk, only a 10 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal.

Go Nordic Cruiseline (formerly DFDS): Ferries to and from Copenhagen and Fredrikshavn, Denmark

The terminal is at the tip of Vippetangkaia, just below Akershus fortress. From Jernbanetorget station, you can take bus 60 to Vippetangen. The bus journey takes about five minutes. Walking along the harbour promenade takes you from the terminal to the Opera house and the city centre in about 15 minutes.
