KKmila Oslo

KKmila aims to be Norway’s friendliest race – and it’s open to both women and men.

You can choose to run competitively with official timing, or join the non-competitive “cheering class,” where you’re listed as a participant but not on the results list. Everyone is welcome – the distances are 5 km and 10 km.

The course

We are proud to present a truly fantastic course for both the 5 km and 10 km distances at KKmila 2026. This is a route that really showcases Oslo at its very best – on a sunny day in June, with the sea, city life and energy all the way to the finish. The course is flat, easy to run and fast, while also being varied and full of memorable experiences.

Start 10 km – Sollerudstranda
Start 5 km – Trettenparken

The finish line awaits at the beautiful Operastranda, with views of the fjord and the Opera House as a backdrop.

Start times: 5 km at 12:00, 10 km at 14:00.
