What to Expect:

Introduction to Sea Kayaking: Get to know the kayak and its parts.

Dry Land Training: Practice paddling techniques and rescue methods on land.

Launching the Kayaks: Practical exercise on how to launch the kayak.

Safe Paddling: Learn how to easily exit the kayak.

Technique Training: From forward and backward paddling to turning and sideways movement.

Buddy Rescue: Practice helping each other back into the kayak from the water.

Seamanship: Practice good seamanship and safety on the water.



The course includes våttkort certification and all necessary equipment is provided.
