Skiglede offers lessons in cross-country skiing, telemark skiing, slalom, jibbing and snowboard.
Lessons are available for all skill levels and in several languages.
Lessons in alpine skiing/snowboard take place in Oslo Winter Park Tryvann and Tommkleiva. Cross-country skiing lessons usually start by the lake Øvresetertjern, and the nearby forest is used for practice.
Skiglede specialises in cross-country lessons for tourists, and also offers private group lessons.
